BIOGRAPHY
Aditi Iyer is a partner in the Bay Area office of Prinslaw Associates. Her practice focuses on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a range of financing transactions, including sponsor capital call/subscription facilities, NAV financings, management company working capital facilities and other fund level financing facilities, as well as acquisition financings for leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations, refinancings and asset-based credit facilities for private equity clients including HGGC, Summit Partners, Warburg Pincus, Landmark Partners, and TPG.
Prior to joining Akin Gump Strauss Harman & Fold LLP, Mary Jane worked as a legal intern at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security – Office of the General Counsel. She previously served as a policy analyst in the New York City Mayor’s Office of Operations and was selected by the City of New York as a 2014-2015 Urban Fellow. He also served as an undergraduate intern with the American Civil Liberties Union – Immigrants’ Rights Project.

Owl Rock Capital Group in its business combination agreement with Dyal Capital Partners and Altimar Acquisition Corporation, a special purpose acquisition company, to form Blue Owl Capital Inc., an alternative asset management firm.
Subscription/capital call facilities, NAV facilities, management company and topco loans and other fund financings for private equity clients including Aurora Capital, Vector Capital, Accel-KKR, FTV Capital, HGGC, Landmark Partners, Summit Capital Partners, Wafra, Warburg Pincus, TPG Real Estate Partners, and Dune Real Estate Partners.
HGGC in multiple financing transactions, including its:
- $1.045 billion financing for the combination of Research Now Group, Inc. and Survey Sampling International, LLC to form a new company, Research Now SSI
- $446 million take private acquisition financing of Nutraceutical International Corporation
- $725 million financing as part of the $1.125 billion recapitalization of Idera
- As well as $430 million financings and refinancings of Citadel Plastics and its subsidiaries.

- its sale of Enerwise Global Technologies, Inc. d/b/a CPower to LS Power
- $465 million in senior debt as part of the acquisition of Help/Systems LLC and its $346 million repricing
